• Cause: Aircraft Mechanical Failure
• Findings: Aircraft was damaged beyond repair on VS-31's last deployment. The Starboard Keelson Longeron was torn when the crew door was lost during flight shortly after carrier launch. Recovered aboard, remained down throughout the deployment.
  Stricken/Craned off.
  
  Normally would of been repaired, but this was late 2007.(Sundown).
